Branding · Brand identity design

Brand identity design for founders who have outgrown their look.

I am Jakaria Mahmud, a brand identity designer in Dhaka working with SaaS and service founders worldwide. I start with positioning, who you are for and why you win, then design the logo, visual identity system and guidelines that make the brand look the part everywhere it shows up.

Brand identity system for Nurency: letterhead, business cards, app icon, type specimen and colour palette

What you get

A brand system, not just a logo.

Every brand identity project is built around what the brand has to do: win the right customers and make the product look as good as it works.

  • 01

    Positioning and messaging

Who you are for, why you win and the words that say it, written down before anything is drawn.

  • 02

    Visual identity system

Colour, typography, layout rules and imagery that work together across product, site and sales material.

  • 03

    Logo and brand marks

A primary logo, a compact mark and an app icon that hold up from a favicon to a billboard.

  • 04

    Brand guidelines

A clear guide your team and future designers can follow without asking me every time.

  • 05

    Pitch and sales decks

Decks that carry the new brand into fundraising and sales conversations.

  • 06

    Social media brand kit

Templates and assets so every post looks like it came from the same company.

Branding case study

Nurency: from side project to fundable.

A healthcare SaaS with a strong product and a brand that looked like a side project.

How a branding project runs

Four steps, one person accountable.

  1. STEP 01

    Audit

A call and a teardown of your current brand, website and sales material. You keep the findings either way.

  2. STEP 02

    Positioning

Audience, promise and messaging written down as one brief you approve before any design starts.

  3. STEP 03

    Identity design

Logo, colour, typography and the rules that tie them together, shown on real applications.

  4. STEP 04

    Guidelines and rollout

Guidelines, templates and the assets your team needs, applied to your site, decks and social.

Branding questions

Before you rebrand.

A logo and brand starter kit, together with one landing page, takes about a week on the Launch plan. A full brand and website usually runs three to five weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back from your side.

A thirty minute call. I look at your current brand, website and sales material before we talk, then we agree the positioning in writing before any design work starts. After that, feedback within a couple of days keeps the project moving.

Often not. If your positioning is sound, a focused refresh of the logo, colours and type will do more than starting over. The free audit tells you which of the two you are looking at before you spend anything.

Yes. The Launch package exists for exactly that: a logo and brand starter kit plus one landing page, so you can start testing the market instead of spending three months on a brand.

You do. Figma files, brand assets, guidelines and the website are handed over at the end of the engagement, with a walkthrough so your team can keep using the brand without me.

Next step

Start with a free brand audit.

Thirty minutes on what your brand is saying today, what it should say, and the order I would fix it in. You keep the plan whether you hire me or not.
