Brand strategy and identity
Get clear on who you are for and why you win, then make the brand look the part.
- Positioning and messaging
- Visual identity systems
- Logo and brand marks
- Brand guidelines
- Pitch and sales decks
- Social media brand kit
I am Jakaria Mahmud, and I work on all three parts at once: the strategy that decides what you say, the design that says it, and the sales process that follows it up. One person accountable for the number at the end, instead of three vendors pointing at each other.
Free, no pitch, and you keep the plan either way.

Each write up starts with the business problem and ends with what moved. If I cannot say what changed after launch, the project stays off this page.

Most founders start with one of these and grow into the next. Whichever you pick, you brief one person and get one invoice.

Product and interface design in Figma, then built in Webflow, Framer, WordPress or custom code when the product needs it.
03
The engine behind the website. Funnels, campaigns and reporting that proves what worked.
How it works
You always know what is being worked on this week, what lands next, and what I need from you to keep it moving.
STEP 01
A call plus a teardown of your website, funnel and sales process. You keep the findings whether we work together or not.
STEP 02
Positioning, messaging and funnel structure written down as one roadmap you can approve before anything gets designed.
STEP 03
Identity and interface in Figma, then built and tested on real devices. Fast, responsive and ready for search engines.
STEP 04
We go live with tracking in place, then improve every month against the numbers we agreed in step one.
Fit check
Writing this down saves us both a call. I would rather turn down work than take a project I cannot win.
Pricing
Fixed scope, fixed price, and a written brief before anything starts. No hourly billing and no line items you did not agree to.

Testimonials
Jakaria was an invaluable part of our team. He was responsive, open to feedback and quick to adapt when priorities moved. His organised, solutions focused approach made collaboration effortless.
We had traffic and almost no enquiries. Jakaria rewrote the positioning first, then rebuilt the site around it. Booked calls went up in the first month and have not dropped since.
He does not hand over files and disappear. Three months after launch he was still sending reports and telling us which pages to fix next. That is the part most freelancers skip.
About me
I spent my early years in business development, on calls, hearing exactly why people said no. Then I learned design. That order matters. It means I read a homepage the way a buyer reads it, and I know which objection each section has to answer before someone scrolls past.
Sixty five clients later, across SaaS, ecommerce, fintech and super apps, that is still the method. Understand the sale first. Design second. Measure, then fix what the numbers point at.
Questions
Thirty minutes. I look at your website and funnel before we talk, then walk you through what is leaking and what I would fix first. You keep the list either way, and there is no pitch attached to it.
A single landing page takes about a week. A full brand and website usually runs three to five weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back from your side.
Yes. The Launch package exists for exactly that. One page, one offer, live in a week, so you can start testing the market instead of spending three months designing.
Pause any month with a week of notice and pick up where we left off. Monthly plans are not annual contracts and there is no cancellation fee.
Often not. If the structure is sound, a focused redesign of the pages that carry your traffic will do more than starting over. The audit tells you which of the two you are looking at before you spend anything.
You do. Figma files, brand assets and the website itself are handed over at the end of the engagement, with a walkthrough so your team can keep editing without me.
Journal
What I learn on client projects, written up so you can apply it yourself without hiring anyone.
Thirty minutes on what is holding your growth back and the order I would fix it in. You keep the plan whether you hire me or not.
Usually booked within the week. I reply to every enquiry personally.
